"What" do we do for you
Organizing a private event involves several key steps - We are here to guide you step-by-step to ensure everything runs smoothly and meets your expectations .
1. Define the Purpose and Objective:
What type of event or moment do you want us to help you with ?
Is it a birthday party, corporate gathering, wedding, or another type of celebration? Understanding the event's objective will guide us to all other decisions.
2. Set a Date and a Budget:
Select a date that works well for your guests and aligns with the island events / seasons periods of the year. Determine your budget early on, considering all potential costs such as period of the year, venue, catering, entertainment, decorations, and any additional services.
3. Choose a Venue
4. Create a Guest List/Invitations and guests goodies (create with local touch !)
5. Plan the Event Program (for one day/weekend or a longer stay) including any speeches, performances, or key moments
(+ conciergerie for guests' activities before and after the event)
6. Arrange Catering and Beverages details (possibly to organize a food&wine tasting)
7. Hire Vendors and Services:
